Appearance: colorless tetrag crystal, relative density: 1.803, melting point: 180 o C, stable in air, partly decompose at the temperature of 100 o C, easy soluble in water and its aqueous solution is acidic.
Usage: used to produce high-efficiency nitrogen-phosphorus compound fertilizer, as flame retardant in woods, paper and textile, as dispersant in fibre process and dye industry, as powder extinguishing agent. It is also used in printmaking and medicine production.

Properties: colorless transparent tetragonal crystal, easy soluble in water, slight soluble in alcohol and insoluble in propanonet ; The aqueous solution is acidic.
